FINANCIAL INFORMATION
CURRENT YEAR’S BUDGET
The Tartan Fields Homeowners Association Board of Trustees gathers annually to prepare a budget for the coming year, as well as monthly meetings to review financials. The income is based on the assessments collected from the homeowners. Expenses are based on various upcoming projects and routine maintenance of the grounds and amenities.
