The mission of the Architectural Review Board (ARB) is to maintain the high quality and consistency of the aesthetics and design of the Tartan Fields Community. Whether it is a pool addition, landscaping, driveway, roof replacement, porch enclosure, walks, arbors, pergolas or trellises, it is necessary to submit review documents for approval.
The Architectural Review Board is comprised of board members who are listed below and a licensed Architect consults on reviews when necessary. Meetings are held as needed. When submissions contain major projects (i.e. new construction, additions, elaborate hardscapes, etc.), the licensed architect provides feedback to the Architectural Review Board for consideration.
