c. All garages must be fully screened from street and neighboring views with evergreen vegetation at least 6’ tall (not including the lead) and touching at the time of planting.
d. All playsets and other recreational permanent structures must be fully screened from street and neighboring views with evergreen screening.
e. All permanent basketball hoops (portable basketball hoops are not permitted) must be screened with evergreen screening.
a. The community standard mailbox and yard light(s) are not permitted to have mulch beds at the base and/or vegetation planted around them.

a. The appearance of driveways and entry courts should be consistent throughout the neighborhood. Driveways shall be made of a durable material. Suggested materials are brick, dark color concrete pavers and asphalt with controlled edges and rolled-in stone topping.
b. Driveways shall be limited to one lane width (12 feet) where joining the street and between the Lot Line and the Building Line, but may then be widened to provide a comfortable turn-around area with adequate space for guest parking.
