About the Board
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Tartan Fields Golf Club Community Association’s Board of Trustees is comprised of five trustees. The Trustees communicate frequently with ongoing management for operations within the community, meeting quarterly to discuss and govern community issues. Residents are encouraged to present initial questions and concerns through the community’s management company, but can also be scheduled through them to meet with the Trustees during one of their quarterly meetings if necessary.

The Tartan Fields Golf Club Community Association’s Board of Trustees meets at 6:00 p.m. at the Tartan Fields Clubhouse, below are the 2026 meeting dates. All meetings are subject to change. We will provide updated information if possible.

Annual Meeting 2026
The Annual Tartan Fields Golf Club Community Association’s Annual Meeting will be held Tuesday November 17, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Tartan Fields Golf Club. All homeowners are encouraged to attend.
The Board of Trustees will provide a community update on financials, architectural review complaince, rules and regulations and procedures.
The annual meeting is when the Tartan Fields Golf Club Community Homeowner Board of Trustees election results are announced. The call for nominations was included with the letter that went out on October 19th, if you would like to run for the board, please submit a bio to jgrooms@ohioequities.com, no later than November 10th, 2026. If you cannot attend the meeting in person and would like to vote, please return the proxy to the same email address or mail it to 8000 Walton Parkway, Ste 250, New Albany OH 43054 no later than November 10th, 2026.
