About the Board
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Tartan Fields Golf Club Community Association’s Board of Trustees is comprised of five trustees. The Trustees communicate frequently with ongoing management for operations within the community, meeting quarterly to discuss and govern community issues. Residents are encouraged to present initial questions and concerns through the community’s management company, but can also be scheduled through them to meet with the Trustees during one of their quarterly meetings if necessary.
Board Meetings
The Tartan Fields Golf Club Community Association’s Board of Trustees meets at 6:00 p.m. at the Tartan Fields Clubhouse, below are the 2026 meeting dates. All meetings are subject to change. We will provide updated information if possible.
