EXTERIOR CHANGES REQUIRE APPROVAL BY THE COUNTRY CLUB ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE (ARC) BECAUSE IT IS PART OF THE COUNTRY CLUB COMMUNITIES HOA. ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED DIRECTLY TO THE COUNTRY CLUB ARC AND NOT DIRECTLY TO THE LANSDOWNE ASSOCIATION.
