ABOUT TARTAN FIELDS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION


Purpose

The Primary purpose and goal of Tartan Fields Golf Club Community Association is to maintain the aesthetic and financial value of the community. This is achieved through daily operational maintenance of the association’s landscape and structures as well as investment into capital improvements.

WHAT WE DO


ROUTINE LAWN CARE

Tartan Fields Golf Club Community Association is comprised of 628 homes that encompass common areas and green spaces, which are routinely cared for and maintained by the Association. This includes mowing, fertilization, tree care, edging, mulching and care for any surrounding amenities.


ENTRANCES & TRAILS

The Association owns several entrance features, sections of asphalt walking trails and fences throughout the community that require ongoing maintenance.


ONGOING CARE & MAINTENANCE

In addition to the above, the Association also oversees the care and maintenance of two community playgrounds, six ponds, leisure trail bridge, green space benches, common area trees, street lights, landscape lighting and irrigation systems.

NOTE: The Tartan Fields Golf Club is a separate entity from the Association.  The Association has no authority/responsibility over the golf club property, golf course property, golf cart paths and bridge over Concord Road.  Please feel free to contact 614-792-0900 for questions or concerns related to the Tartan Fields Golf Club.
