Payment Methods

Your assessment payments can be made using any the methods listed below.

1. ONLINE PAYMENTS

This is a free service through the Association’s bank (Alliance Bank) website. The website will ask for additional pieces of information:

• Association Name: Tartan Fields Homeowners’ Association

• Management Company Name: Ohio Equities

• Management Company ID: 6724

• Association ID: 180

• Property Account Number: 12345 (Example)

  The account number needed are the digits in the middle from your statement, between the 180 and CU.

  (180-12345-CU)

  Every homeowner has a different number, so please ensure the digits are correct.

If you are having any issues with making a payment online, please contact Alliance Bank at 844-739-2331.

2. CHECK OR COUPON VIA MAIL

You can mail your payment (along with a payment coupon) to the mailing address listed below. If your payment coupon is not available to include, your check must have your full account number on the memo line (e.g. 180-#####-CU).

3. PERSONAL ONLINE BANKING SERVICES

You may utilize your personal bank’s online banking services to make a single payment or setup recurring payments. Your bank generated and mailed check must have your full account number on the memo line (i.e. 180-LD050-CU) and must be mailed to the address listed above under Option #2.
